Consent to Personal Data Processing

This is a draft text for the RUARRI website contact form. Before final publication, it should be reviewed by legal counsel with regard to the applicable jurisdiction, operator details, and the actual request-handling process.

By filling in the feedback form on the RUARRI website and clicking the submit button, I freely, knowingly, and in my own interest give LLC «RUARRI» (the “Operator”) my consent to process my personal data.

comment entered in the request form;
any other information voluntarily provided in my message.

2. Purpose of processing

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of handling my request, contacting me regarding a Meteomonitoring product demo, preparing a proposal, clarifying project parameters, and carrying out subsequent business communication related to my request.

3. Processing operations

The Operator may collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, update, use, transfer data to persons involved in technical request processing and message delivery, and delete or destroy personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the above purpose.

4. Term of consent

This consent remains valid until the processing purpose is achieved or until it is withdrawn by the data subject via a request sent to info@ruarri.ru, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

5. Withdrawal of consent

I understand that I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending an email to info@ruarri.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”.

6. Confirmation

I confirm that I have read and understood this text, provide accurate information, and consent to the processing of the specified personal data.
